What we do

Manage Your IT, run every day and developed with you.

Service desk, devices, Microsoft 365 and CAD workstations, run quietly in the background by one team, on one price list, owned by one TechPilot.

In the background

Quiet on the surface. Running underneath.

Your people shouldn’t have to think about IT. What they notice is a working day. What keeps it that way runs underneath, automated and watched by our engineers.

What your people notice

  • A laptop that’s ready

Set up like every other one, with the software their work runs on.

  • Access on day one

New colleagues start with the right access, and leavers lose it on their last day.

  • An engineer, not a queue

Questions go straight to someone who can fix them.

  • One page a month

What happened, what we fixed, what’s coming and what it cost.

What runs underneath

  • Scripted setup

Software, printers and new colleagues set up by tested scripts that check before they change anything.

  • Updates

Operating systems and applications kept current from one place, on every device.

  • Monitoring

Devices, backups and systems watched centrally, so problems surface before your people notice.

  • Restore tests

Backups restored on purpose, so we know they work before you need them.

  • Documentation

Every system, account and dependency written down where your team and ours can find it.

Automation first

What we do twice, we automate.

It’s the first principle of how we run IT. A fix done by hand gets written down, and the next time a tested script does it. Changes happen faster, mistakes don’t repeat and every machine is set up the same.

  1. By hand, once An engineer solves it and notes every step.
  2. Written down The steps go into the documentation your team and ours share.
  3. Scripted The next time, a tested script does the job and checks before it changes anything.
  4. The same every time Every device, every site, every new colleague: set up the same way.

When something breaks

First you’re working again. Then it stays fixed.

IT that fails on deadline day costs more than the IT itself: every hour your people wait comes out of the margin. So we work in three stages, always in this order.

  1. Fix fast

The engineer who picks up your request stays with it until it’s fixed, and brings in a specialist when it needs one. No first level, no ticket number passed along.

  2. Solve deep

Once you’re working again, we look for the cause, not just the symptom.

  3. Prevent for good

Then we change what caused it, often with a script, so it doesn’t come back.

The rhythm

Three speeds, one engine.

Manage runs at three speeds that drive each other: the day keeps your firm working, the month makes it visible, and the steering meeting decides where your IT goes next.

  1. Every day

    It runs

Requests answered by engineers, devices and backups watched, updates rolled out.

  2. Every month

    You see it

One page on what happened, what we fixed, what’s coming and what it cost, checked by your TechPilot before it reaches your invoice.

  3. In the steering meeting

    It moves forward

Priorities and the roadmap agreed with your TechPilot, so your IT develops with your firm.

Monthly report One page · plain language

What happened

The month in your IT in a few sentences: what ran, what changed, what needed attention.

What we fixed

The requests that mattered, and the causes we removed so they don’t come back.

What’s coming

Updates, renewals and the next steps on your roadmap, before they arrive.

What it cost

The monthly frame and anything beyond it, reviewed before it reaches your invoice.

One standard

Every site gets the same setup.

Office, home office, on the road or abroad: the same device build, the same access rules, the same documentation and the same monitoring everywhere, so files open the same way wherever your people work. Standards beat heroics: nothing depends on one person remembering how something was done.

What’s included

What a Manage contract covers.

An agreed scope for a fixed monthly fee, the frame. Anything beyond it runs on the same price list, and we tell you before a month runs over.

Service desk, no first level
Requests by phone or email land with an engineer who can fix them.
Devices and workstations
Laptops and CAD workstations set up, patched and monitored centrally, including the software your projects run on.
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Accounts, licences, Teams, SharePoint and security baselines administered across your tenant.
Joiners and leavers
New colleagues get the right access on day one, leavers lose it on their last day. Scripted, so nothing is forgotten.
Printers and plotters
Office printers and large-format plotters deployed straight to the devices that need them, without a print server to maintain.
Backups and restore tests
Backups for Microsoft 365, servers and devices, and restore tests so you know they work before you need them.
Vendor management
We deal with your internet provider, phone system, printer supplier and software vendors. You make one call.
Licences through us
Microsoft licences bought and managed for you, sized to the people you actually have.
Project work when you need it
Smaller projects run inside Manage, from the same price list: a new site, a Microsoft 365 change, moving an application. The big ones, such as provider exits, migrations and M&A, run as Build.

Who owns it

Your TechPilot runs it like their own.

Manage isn’t a ticket system with a contract attached. Your TechPilot knows your firm, sets priorities with you and makes sure the monthly frame matches what you actually need.

  • Agrees priorities and the roadmap with you in a regular steering meeting
  • Reviews each month’s work and cost before it reaches your invoice
  • Escalates nothing to strangers: the people on your account know your setup

How you buy it

A monthly frame, one price list, no surprises.

You pay a fixed monthly frame for the agreed scope. Anything beyond it is billed by time and skill level from the same price list we use for every client. If a month is going to run over, you hear it from us first. Want to test us before you commit?

Proof

Provider exit in three weeks

When a 50-person engineering firm’s previous provider handed over late, in a 3,000-page PDF, and kept its shutdown date, we took over in three weeks. We’ve run the firm’s IT ever since.

Questions we get

What does “no first level” mean in practice?

There’s no call-centre layer that takes your request and passes it on. The engineer who answers is the one who works on it, and they can see your setup and history.

What do you automate, and what stays with people?

Anything that repeats: installing software, joiners and leavers, printers and updates. Scripts check before they change anything, and engineers decide whatever needs judgement: priorities, exceptions, anything unusual.

Do you look after CAD and BIM software?

Yes. We install, update and license the software your projects depend on, such as Revit, AutoCAD, iTWO and Bluebeam, and keep the workstations it runs on healthy. For deep application questions we work with the vendor directly.

Can you take over from our current provider?

Yes, including when the handover isn’t friendly. We secure access first, document what we find and switch over at a time that doesn’t stop your projects.

Do you also handle projects?

Yes. Smaller projects run inside Manage, from the same price list, and your TechPilot sets the priorities with you. Big standalone projects such as provider exits, migrations or M&A integration run as Build, with scope and acceptance agreed in writing.

Where does our data live?

In your own Microsoft 365 tenant and your own storage. We administer it, we don’t move it into ours.
