What we do

Manage Managed IT that runs and develops your IT.

Service desk, devices, Microsoft 365 and CAD workstations, run by one team on one price list, owned by one TechPilot.

In proposals and contracts, Manage is called LinkedMotor.

IT that runs every day and moves forward with you.

The problem

IT that breaks on deadline day costs more than the IT itself.

Billable hours lost

When a workstation, a licence server or a plotter fails, your people stop billing. Every hour spent waiting comes out of the margin.

Tickets instead of answers

First-level desks take your problem, give you a number and pass it on. The person who can actually fix it hears about it last.

Cross-border friction

Colleagues abroad, site offices and home workers all need the same access to the same project data, without a VPN headache every morning.

What’s included

Everything it takes to keep your firm running.

A productised package with a fixed monthly frame. Anything beyond it runs on the same price list, and we tell you before a month runs over.

  • Service desk, no first level Requests by phone or email land with an engineer who can fix them, in German or English.
  • Devices and workstations Laptops and CAD workstations set up, patched and monitored centrally, including the software your projects run on.
  • Microsoft 365 and Entra ID Accounts, licences, Teams, SharePoint and security baselines administered across your tenant.
  • Joiners and leavers New colleagues get the right access on day one, leavers lose it on their last day. Scripted, so nothing is forgotten.
  • Printers and plotters Office printers and large-format plotters deployed straight to the devices that need them, without a print server to maintain.
  • Backups and restore tests Backups for Microsoft 365, servers and devices, and restore tests so you know they work before you need them.
  • Vendor management We deal with your internet provider, phone system, printer supplier and software vendors. You get one number to call.
  • Licences through us Microsoft licences bought and managed for you, sized to the people you actually have.
  • Project work when you need it Smaller projects run inside Manage, from the same price list: a new site, a Microsoft 365 change, moving an application. The big ones, such as provider exits, migrations and M&A, run as Build.
  • A monthly report What happened, what we fixed, what’s coming and what it cost. One page, in plain language.

Every month

Your IT on one page.

No ticket exports, no jargon: one page that tells you where your IT stands, every month.

Monthly report One page · plain language

What happened

The month in your IT in a few sentences: what ran, what changed, what needed attention.

What we fixed

The requests that mattered, and the causes we removed so they don’t come back.

What’s coming

Updates, renewals and the next steps on your roadmap, before they arrive.

What it cost

The monthly frame and anything beyond it, reviewed before it reaches your invoice.

Method

One standard for every site and every border.

This is how we run IT across offices, site containers and countries: the same device setup, the same access rules and the same documentation everywhere, so someone in the London office and a site engineer in Bavaria get the same experience.

  1. Standardise One device build and one access model for every site.
  2. Connect Secure access to project data from the office, the site and home.
  3. Document Every system, account and dependency written down where your team and ours can find it.
  4. Monitor Devices, backups and systems watched centrally, so problems surface before your people notice.

Who owns it

Your TechPilot runs it like their own.

Manage isn’t a ticket system with a contract attached. Your TechPilot knows your firm, sets priorities with you and makes sure the monthly frame matches what you actually need.

Your TechPilot One named senior lead, a specialist team behind
  • Agrees priorities and the roadmap with you in a regular steering meeting
  • Reviews each month’s work and cost before it reaches your invoice
  • Escalates nothing to strangers: the people on your account know your setup

Provider exit in three weeks

When a 50-person engineering firm’s previous provider withheld access and kept its shutdown date, we took over in three weeks. We’ve run the firm’s IT ever since.

How you buy it

A monthly frame, one price list, no surprises.

You pay a fixed monthly frame for the agreed scope. Anything beyond it is billed by time and skill level from the same price list we use for every client. If a month is going to run over, you hear it from us first. Want to test us before you commit? Start with the three-month Clarity pilot.

Questions we get

What does “no first level” mean in practice?

There’s no call-centre layer that takes your request and passes it on. The engineer who answers is the one who works on it, and they can see your setup and history.

Do you look after CAD and BIM software?

Yes. We install, update and license the software your projects depend on, such as Revit, AutoCAD, iTWO and Bluebeam, and keep the workstations it runs on healthy. For deep application questions we work with the vendor directly.

Can you take over from our current provider?

Yes, including when the handover isn’t friendly. We secure access first, document what we find and switch over at a time that doesn’t stop your projects.

Do you also handle projects?

Yes. Smaller projects run inside Manage, from the same price list, and your TechPilot sets the priorities with you. Big standalone projects such as provider exits, migrations or M&A integration run as Build, with scope and acceptance agreed in writing.

Where does our data live?

In your own Microsoft 365 tenant and your own storage. We administer it, we don’t move it into ours.

Start

Talk it through.

30 minutes with a senior engineer. Deadlines and risk, not buzzwords. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
