Manage · Pilot

Three months to clarity.

Test us on your real IT before you commit. A focused pilot with a fixed scope, real requests from your team and a written assessment, whatever you decide.

Why a pilot

Choosing an IT provider is a bet. Make it a small one.

Every provider looks good in a sales meeting. What matters is how they handle the Monday-morning outage, the project lead who can’t print a plan, and the question nobody had thought of.

Clarity lets you find out on your own systems, with your own people, for a limited time and a limited scope. You see how we work before you sign anything long term.

How it runs

Three months, three jobs.

  1. Month 1

    Take stock

Access, documentation and a security baseline. We find out what you actually run, what’s at risk and what nobody wrote down.

  2. Month 2

    Run it

Real requests from your team land with our engineers. You see response, quality and communication on live work.

  3. Month 3

    Decide

A written assessment with priorities, risks and a roadmap. Then you decide how to continue.

What you get

Whatever you decide, you keep this.

  • A documented picture of your IT: systems, accounts, licences and dependencies
  • A security baseline with the gaps ranked by risk
  • A prioritised roadmap for the next 12 months
  • First-hand experience of how we work, on your real requests

The terms

Small, fixed and fair.

  • Fixed scope and duration, agreed in writing up front
  • Priced from the same price list as every other client
  • A written assessment at the end, whatever you decide
  • Your documentation stays yours

Questions we get

Do we have to leave our current provider for the pilot?

Not necessarily. A pilot can run alongside your existing provider for part of the scope. We agree the split up front so everyone knows who’s responsible for what.

What does the pilot cost?

It’s priced from the same price list as everything else and fixed before we start. You’ll get the number after the intro call, once we know your size and scope.

What if we want to continue?

Then the pilot rolls into a regular Manage contract with the scope and priorities you’ve already seen work. Nothing has to be rebuilt.

Start

Talk it through.

30 minutes with a senior engineer. Deadlines and risk, not buzzwords. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

  • No first level
  • No surprises
  • Pilot before you buy
