What we do

Build M365, CAD/BIM and M&A integration, executed.

Provider exits, migrations, mergers and new sites: scoped, owned by your TechPilot and delivered without stopping your work.

A clear route through every IT project.

The problem

IT projects land on top of billable work.

The old provider holds the keys

Passwords, documentation and backups sit with someone who has no reason to help you leave.

The deal closes before the tenants are joined

Mergers, carve-outs and company splits come with a legal date. IT has to be ready on the day, not three months later.

Revit crawls between offices

Project files shared across sites get slow, locked or out of sync exactly when the team needs them most.

Method

Five phases, from first access to calm.

Every Build project follows the same method. Each phase has a start signal and an end, and the last one is 30 days of hypercare, so nothing is left half-done.

  1. Kick-off Scope, deadlines, risks and who decides what, agreed in writing.
  2. Access and safeguard Credentials secured and backups verified. Nothing is touched before there’s a way back.
  3. Document and stabilise What exists gets written down, and fixed where it’s fragile.
  4. Cutover The switch itself, timed around your projects, usually out of hours.
  5. 30-day hypercare We stay close until the new setup runs quietly, then hand it into daily operations.

Proof

Provider exit in three weeks

An uncooperative provider exit, handled in three weeks: new backups, three disaster-recovery tests and a new access architecture built over a single weekend.

What’s included

What we build.

Larger changes run as their own project next to your monthly frame, with scope, milestones and acceptance agreed in writing. Smaller project work runs inside Manage.

  • Provider exits and takeovers Access secured, systems documented and a switchover planned around your deadlines, even when the handover isn’t friendly.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations Moves to Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Azure Files, retiring on-premises servers and VPNs where they no longer earn their keep.
  • Company splits, mergers and carve-outs Tenant-to-tenant migrations, new entities set up from scratch and data separated cleanly by the legal date.
  • CAD and BIM environments Workstations, project file shares and licence servers designed for how your teams work together across sites.
  • Office moves and new sites Network, internet line, phones and printing ready before the first desk is occupied.
  • Rollouts New laptops, new software or a new phone system rolled out in waves, without a lost working day.

Who owns it

One accountable lead, from scope to handover.

Your TechPilot scopes the project with you, names the trade-offs up front and stays accountable until it runs in daily operations, documented and monitored.

Your TechPilot One named senior lead, a specialist team behind
  • Trade-offs named before the project starts, not discovered on the invoice
  • Engineers doing the work, not a first level relaying messages
  • Handover into Manage with documentation and monitoring

How you buy it

A project order next to your monthly frame.

Projects get their own order with scope, milestones and acceptance. Work is billed by time and skill level from the same price list we use for every client, third-party costs are passed through, and every assumption is written down.

Questions we get

Can you take over if our current provider won’t cooperate?

Yes, we’ve done it under pressure. We secure what we can reach first, rebuild what isn’t handed over and plan the switchover so your people keep working.

Do projects run during working hours?

Preparation does. Switchovers that would interrupt your teams run in the evening or at weekends, agreed with you in advance.

What about small projects?

Small, well-defined jobs, like setting up a new site’s printers or moving one application, run inside Manage, from the same price list. Build is for the projects that need a plan of their own.

Start

Talk it through.

30 minutes with a senior engineer. Deadlines and risk, not buzzwords. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

  • No first level
  • No surprises
  • Pilot before you buy
